SHIPPING

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We live, work, and play out of Vancouver, BC, Canada.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

DO YOU SHIP TO THE UK?

Yes, we are currently registered with HM Revenue & Customs to collect and remit VAT (Value Added Tax) so that we can continue to serve our UK customers.

DO YOU SHIP TO THE EU?

Yes, however we do not collect VAT on behalf of customers for EU shipments. The individual who placed the order will be responsible for any VAT, taxes or fees incurred.

All customs forms are labeled with applicable HS Tariff codes.

DO YOU SHIP TO GERMANY?

Yes, we are fully registered in the VerpackG program so the we can continue to serve our German customers.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

In stock items ship within 7-14 business days. An email will be sent to your inbox when your shipping label is created.

All presale items have an expected stock date included in their description.

PRODUCTS

ARE YOUR PINS LIMITED EDITION?

Aside from a few rare exceptions, no. Nearly all our pins are open edition. The few limited edition pins we do sell are clearly marked as such in many places. Occasionally we will retire older designs and remove the listings once they sell out. If any item is marked as 'SOLD OUT' more units will be coming in.

THE DESIGN I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?

Yes (unless the item is marked as a limited edition), as long as the item page is still in the shop, more will be coming in, typically within a few months, although this can vary based on the item. We have been doing our best to keep our most popular items in stock, however we have been experiencing rapid growth to our customer base and we are still adjusting to this. We appreciate everyone's patience during this time.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

Yes! Please feel free to contact us for more information.

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Sorry, but at this time we do not share our manufacturer information.

WILL YOU DESIGN A PIN/PRODUCT FOR ME?

Unfortunately running Maxx Merch occupies all our working hours, so we're unable to accept any commissioned work at this time.

 

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At this time no returns or exchanges are accepted. However if your item arrives damaged, please get in touch and let us know. We'll do what we can to help.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If a shipment notification has not been sent to you, your order can be cancelled and refunded. Please contact us to arrange your cancellation.

Please note that as of October 2019, PayPal is no longer refunding processing and commission fees. If your payment was processed through PayPal this portion of the funds will not be returned.

 

OTHER

CAN I COMBINE ORDERS?

Yes, you can. Please fill out this form. We will refund any shipping overages when we process the submission.

I HAVE A PENDING ORDER AND I'VE MOVED. CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

The form for any changes of address can be found here. Please fill it out as soon as you can as we cannot change anything once an order has shipped.

DO YOU ACCEPT TRADES FOR PINS?

Sorry, but we don't. Our pins are for sale only.

IS IT OKAY TO TRADE/RESELL PINS PURCHASED FROM YOU?

We understand that many of our customers are involved in the pin collector community, and a big aspect of the culture is exchanging and selling pins for others they are in search of. For the most part we have no issue with this.

There is one exception, and that is purchasing pins with the sole intent of reselling them for a profit, particularly limited editions. This is an extremely toxic practice that hurts the community and devalues the hard work of the artists and creators of the pins.

If anyone is caught doing so with a Maxx Merch product, they will be blocked on social media and added to the store's blacklist. Any attempts to circumvent this will be caught, and all orders placed will be cancelled and refunded at the purchaser's expense. We understand that there can be some grey are in these instances, but in the end this decision is at our discretion.

WILL YOU SEND FREE PRODUCTS TO PROMOTE ON MY YOUTUBE/INSTAGRAM/ETC.?

We don't provide free products for promotion on social media.
